Our state-of-the-art practice has 3 dentists, 4 hygienists and professionally trained staff that will make you feel comfortable. We provide a full and comprehensive explanation of your dental needs. Your treatment plan will outline all fees in advance. We accept all health funds, and provide on-the-spot claiming and immediate processing of your insurance claim.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and articulate full-time Dental Assistant | Front Desk Coordinator to join our friendly team.

The role will find you supporting 3 Dental Practitioners and 3 Dental Hygienists, as well as working alongside the Practice Manager.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow and advance their career. Current Dental Receptionists and experienced Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply.

Appropriate professional development and training will be provided to the successful applicant.

 

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Dental experience
  • A high level of attention to detail in your work
  • Able to work well under pressure and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to empathise with our patients
  • Well-organised and well-presented
  • Experience and knowledge of Dental 4 Windows software are advantageous, but not essential
